TGU - 3 min @ 28k
Ballet squats - 1x10@16k

Snatch test
10 min @ 24k
Set/reps:

Total reps = 160
THis didnt go as well as I thought it would go...I think I started my sets with to many reps...just wore out too quickly, I guess.
