Pullup - neutral grip @ BW - Ladder sets throughout day - 8 sets - total reps = 197 reps
Pushup - grease the groove - 7 sets - total reps = 131 reps

Chinup ladders @ 16k - just did one ladder set today - total reps = 15
Pushup - feet elevated - ladder sets - just one ladder set today - total reps = 24

Pushup on rings - grease the groove - 4 sets throughout day - total reps = 66
