OH walks - one round of the basement with a 35lb dumbbell in each hand
Double clean and press @ 24k + 28K - 100 reps for time
Completed the 100 reps in 26:42...a long, long way from what you posed Adam.
I started out doing straight sets of 5, but moved to ladder sets after 4 sets of the 5 reps sets.
Pullup - 5x5@15
Pushup - 1x25
Run in the street - 1.25 mile = 9:12 - this equates to a 7:21 mile...a personal best for my loop - but this was not an all out effort.
