Training log - 8/22/09

TGU (BU) 5 min@16k
Gob sqt - 1x10@16k
Halo - 10+10@16k
FTW squats - 1x5
OH walks - one round of basement per side @ 24k
Handstand - 3x10sec holds

Snatch / Jerk ladder - 1/1+1/1; 3/3+3/3; 5/5+5/5 on each bell - for 20 min
Did ladders with 16k, 24k, 28k and 32k
This did not take the entire 20 min...I was going to cycle back through the bells, but I was not feeling very good, so I just called it a day.
