1) 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 - neutral grip
2) 1,2,3,4,5,6 - overhand grip
3) 1,2,3,4,5,6 - underhand grip
4) 1,2,3,4,5 - overhand grip
Pushup (10 reps) alternated with ballet leg thrusts (8 reps/side) - 4 sets
