10:30 PM - post-workout
Three scoops of Biotest Surge Recovery (protein = 38g; carbs = 66g; fat = 7g)
Midnight
Two cups of skim milk with one scoop of whey protein (protein = 20g)
Other
I generally drink water and coffee throughout the day
